- Thank you for down-loading Amida for Windows.
-
- Amida is a kind of Japanese lottery. It is used to decide who is selected to
- get the prize or to do something nobody wants to do.
-
- The lottery is played by drawing number of vertical lines corresponding to
- number of players. Horizontal lines are drawn between each vertical lines.
- Bottom of vertical lines are marked as "win" or "lose". These settings are
- hidden from the players. This computer version of the lottery will assign
- these settings to be fair to everybody.
-
- Now, to start the lottery! Each player select a different vertical line.
- When selecting, a player may add more horizontal lines. When all players
- finish selecting a line, "win" or "lose" settings are displayed. Each player
- traces a line down the selected line moving to an adjacent line whenever there
- is a horizontal line.
